It's always a good idea to remove yourself from your crafting at least once an hour in order to avoid eye strain. Below are a few things you can do. This also works if you're working on the computer for extended periods of time.

I cannot tell you the number of times I have been asked how much someone should ask for something they created. I have been creating for over 3 decades and STILL wrestle with pricing my OWN products, let alone pricing someone else's work.

A popular crafting technique is to create things with edibles. Everything from edible clay to dehydrated fruits.[AD_55] You'd be amazed at what you can make with items already in your kitchen.
